I placed an online order for my business (gifts for clients) and I guess something was off with pricing. When I called to inquire - the lady helping me was VERY nice! We cancelled the order so pricing could be fixed and I told her I would be in this week to pick it up. She was the only saving grace to my experience. I don’t know who hired Mary - but wow. I have never been treated so poorly by a person employed in customer service. It wasn’t only me - she was rude to every customer she interacted with except the older gentleman, who was clearly a regular or a friend. She was not impressed to do anything above scan your items and throw you out of the store as fast as she can. She gave every single PAYING CUSTOMER attitude as if we were all peasants to her. I really think someone needs to update Mary on people skills and humble her down about 5000 levels. I can firmly say that I will 100% be taking my business elsewhere High-five to Mary’s horrible customer service
A colleague at work was showing us a picture of a new vodka that he had just purchased at the LCBO in Angus and he was commenting saying that it was a very nice sipping drink all by itself. Nice and smooth yet a little bit sweet to add after a beautiful dinner as a nice end to a long day. Curious about the product ??? Caramel and banana vodka... yummy over ice.
