Extremely bad service. Door said open at 9am when I arrived music was blaring and staff were clearly having a good time. I called to see if they could unlock the door because the front door said open at 9am and the lady scoffed at me and said "Times have changed because of Covid19 read the OTHER sign" she then laughed and hung up. I'm feeling very disrespected. I expect at the very least just to be spoke to politely on a a phone call with a professional business. I will be using a different post office from no on :( which is sad for me because I live in Angus and like to support local.

The website gives the hours of 1200 but the store closes at 1130, my time just as valuable as theirs. I was going to send a note to tell them to update their website but seeing the notice of a closure for a tornado that happened 2014 I would say that they do not ever update this website. Poor performance Canada Post!
Tracking reports unable to deliver an Amazon package yesterday, package has been sent back to sender. Any other package that has needed a signature, a delivery slip has been left at my door and I take it to the post office for pick up. Now the package that I paid extra to be delivered faster is not even going to get to me. I called the post office between 4:30 and closing time at 5:00 and got no answer for a half hour.
The gentleman at the counter has always been helpful and provided prompt service. Would have given 5 stars but their hours are not great for those of us who work outside of town.
It does get busy during lunch time, but any other time they are great. Good customer service, they are always ready to help.
Great Post Office Nice Location & Excellent Staff
Have had a package saying out for delivery for 5 days now. Checked with the tracking number; still says out for delivery but underneath now says delivery scheduled for next buisness day. I received my regular mail but not my package. Shouldn't have been updated to "Out for delivery" when it never left the building. That is misleading.
Their hours really suck. I mean I work 9-5, and they're closed before I leave and when I get home (5:30). They also have limited hours on Saturdays and often times close'er down early!
