Manager was very pleasant, service was a bit prolonged woman was reluctant to come back and took a while for our plates to be taken away and deserts presented

Great views and nice to sit and eat by the river in summer.
Food is excellent, price is good for higher end restaurant (eg 15-30 for a main course) open later than most nearby restaurants, beautiful location on the river. No English menu, but waiters and waitresses did their best to translate and very friendly. Good wheelchair access to outside terrace and inside. We had \fish and chips\ and Salmon (which was the starter but they did it for us as a main). Both meals were so good! Highly recommended and we would unhesitantly return.
We went there for dinner. Live music. Lovely evening. Good cocktails. I recommend if the weather is good.
Excellent place- by the Charente.The Maitre de is very understanding as the first thing I did was break the salt & pepper shakers by accident, we offered to pay, and he didn't bat an eyelid! Wonderful in summer, sipping wine, great food- especially the hors d'ouevres, very friendly staff, and watching ducks and swans by the river. The atmosphere is great!

I try a glass of Chardonnay really bad. In France there is amazing wine for a good price. Expensive for what it is... A glass of Champagne is minimum 10 .. In France you can buy an average bottle of Champagne for 14 . The view is really nice, is really domadge because is a place with hight potentiality..
We are not eating here again. The waitress was very arrogant when we asked if we could sit in the shade. The food was very bad and almost cold. Worst restaurant I've ever been too.
