Bought a rod from angling direct online 7 months ago. Had some eyes lose the inserts and the Crayford store replaced it with no quibbles. Thanks to the guys

Professional shop, loads of gear, frozen baits, friendly staff. Woud recommend for anyone who needs usual products for recent fishing. The only reason I gave 4 stars, because they had no frozen lugworm that day (simply run out)that's all.
