Recently had to go to the CHU because of a severe flu. Although many people were on strike, I didn't wait a lot. At first, they didn't seem to be happy seeing someone with the flu appearing at the emergency service, but as soon as they saw my very low blood pressure, they did everything they could to take care of the issue. The doctor did his best to diagnose the problem, and even gave me a few masks- apparently not easily found in pharmacies- at the end. And they tried to understand my weak French of course! Thank you to all the personnel!
Great Hospital, warm, clean and professionaL.A pediatric service and neonat excellent. Nurses and auxiliaries are great.
I was very impressed with my experience at the emergency unit at the CHU. They were very caring, spent time getting the correct diagnosis , and worked hard in understanding my limited French. I was grateful for all the staff that spoke English . The treatment was effective and I would like to express my thanks to all of those involved in caring for me

Personnels de nuit comme de jours hystérique et manque de respect sans raison. Je suis arrivé à 17h30 le mercredi au urgence je suis passé le lendemain à 21h j'ai attendu sur une chaise 28h sans dormir heureusement j'avais prévu le coup j'avais amené à manger dans un grand sac de sport.. Du coup je suis passé au bloc opératoire avec le ventre plein !! À mon réveill j'avais les lèvres gonfler j'avais mal... Le pire dans l'histoire c'est j'ai attendu 28h avec un mot mon médecin traitant qu'il fallait m opérer urgence......
