Absolutely awesome place! Stayed in a Grosvenor studio for 3 weeks and had a great time. The weather wasn't great but just meant I made use of the gym more than I normally do on vacation. The on-site ATM was really useful and local trike stand made it an ease to get around when too wet to walk. Great place and value for money.
Amazing. My wife and I went in to enquire about a room for a week. The lady at reception was only too happy to show us around. Honestly when we went into one of the rooms we were amazed at how lovely it was. The decor has to be seen to be believed and the bedroom was separate from the main living room. We thought we would have one room and a toilet, never thinking it would be as luxurious as this. Definitely going back.
I have known Mark and the team at Kandi since the very early days, I purchased a 2 bed penthouse off plan at the Grosvenor development back in 2011. The management of the unit has been second to none and as such has made it a hassle free turnkey investment providing a great returns both in rental income and capital growth across the years. Recently i decided to move the unit on as my personal circumstances and priorities have changed, Mark's team sold the unit very quickly with the usual professional hassle free service. As i don't get to visit PI as much as would like these days due to work commitments I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Mark and his team for all their support over the years.
