The service was slow and wanting to take away we were made to wait outside in the cold while a group of 6, obviously not from the same household, occupied a table while waiting and got served one at a time. The large fish was just about passable as large but only just as I have had lot larger. It wasn't very hot either and seemed more expensive than other takeaways near by.

Located just behind the main harbour it is a small establishment serving up excellent fish and chips. There are several tables within if you prefer to eat in. The staff are friendly and helpful. It beats the main chippies on the front by far, being less busy also. It is cash only but there is an ATM round the corner. We'll worth a visit.

What a find! Cannot rate this highly enough! Delicious cod and chips and the curry sauce is like no other, absolutely gorgeous! Take away only at the moment, service excellent and good value.

Best fish and chips I’ve eaten. Building under reconstruction outside but still a brilliant chippy. You can eat indoors but there is no toilets
