Ordered via eBay. Excellent customer service, really very obvious how much they care about their fish. All fish (and inverts) arrived happy and safe. Simon in particular is excellent at what he does. 10/10 will order again.

This place use to be lovely and very welcoming NOT anymore staff are abrupt and rude and dont know what they are talking about. Only a few plants and they were brown. Good stock of fish. The atmosphere in shop DEAD.
A bit underwhelming, but quite a lot packed in for such a tiny shop. Fish don't seem to be in very good condition, lots of dead ones, which I know is unavoidable sometimes but the fact so many were in there and not removed is worrisome, especially since some were somehow in the sumps? Staff don't seem all that interesting in helping.
