So many options to choose from I really really enjoyed the buffet and I really enjoyed the deserts as well they are absolutely gorgeous but the only thing that ever happened was food poisoning from some Indian meat or something like that and we don’t know why it happened because it’s so nice that Indians and I really like the stuff because you get such a decent table from them and you’re like so close to the Buffy you know where you are and everything is really really decent and you want something decent Ann is the only decent Buffet I know I Newcastle

Pros - 1. It's spacious with great ambience 2. A lot of options within Asian food 3. Lots of chicken and mutton dishes, hence paradise for non vegetarians 4. Most of the staffs are good and always smiling 5. Excellent variations of deserts 6. Recommended dishes - Amritsari fish, mutton bhuna, mutton nihari, kheer, jarda, gajar halwa 7. Gulab jamoon was very fresh Cons - 1. The tall lady at reception (with white shirt, most workers usually dressed up in black) was extremely rude and had no intention to let us in. From the beginning she is telling no guarantee of table, lots of guests are waiting etc.. We initially thought to leave, however changed our plan and stayed there. It took us just 30 mins to get a table. We went at the restaurant at 7.30 in the evening and got the table around 8.00). 2. No one maintaining social distancing at waiting area. It could have been avoided by taking guests contact number and then by calling the guest whenever the table is ready 3. No social distancing at buffet area. Some one should be there to maintain social distancing. 4. Few foods were smelly - peshawari chicken, apple crumble with custurds and strawberry cheesecake. Someone should monitor the food at throw it whenever it's not good.

Always great food here. Staff are always lovely and friendly. There is always someone about to help but they don't mither at your table asking if everything is OK every two minutes. The beer is great. They always have meat on the bone curry options, which are always so tasty. They have carrot halwa dessert most of the time, which is very hard to find elsewhere. There are junk food options for fussy eaters. There were slightly less food options under Covid 19 restrictions but to be honest it made little difference, it was mainly less dips and salad options, not a deal breaker. The Covid 19 measures were obviously not laid out by the government because they were well thought out and well implemented. It's not the cheapest all you can eat but you get what you pay for, the staff, food, drinks and selection are superior to other establishments of this type and it is city centre too, so slightly elevated prices are to be expected. They have a more SE Asian style section, so if you prefer more noodle type dishes, you're covered. Just a fab, well run place with hard working staff.

Some teething errors, like ordering a Sunday lunch and it coming on separate plates, swimming in gravy!! However, they are making the most of a bad situation and staff work tiresomely to please you. The food is tasty and of excellent quality. One issue I have, they have upped the price and it doesn’t include a drink. You should still include unlimited refills of carbonated drinks. Easily served from the bar area.
