Wouldn’t go to any other chippy as the food is amazing but getting charged different prices to the prices on the board without informing me about it before I ordered when I spent a few minutes looking at the menu inside. I will definitely not be back which I’m gutted with as I used to be a regular customer before I moved house.
As a rule I cant fault the golden fry, have used their chip shop on numerous occasions, always look forward to the chip van coming round, but this was the First time ordering on just eat, not all my order arrived, phoned to get order amended, no apology or anything, further 45 mins for rest of order to arrive, had I not ordered an extra side one of the kids would have had nothing to eat, Not a happy person,
Gutted to say tonight was the worst delivery we have had from Andy's! Order was supposed to arrive by 9pm (1 hour wait) but came at 9:52pm. This would have been okay if the food was as good as normal but chips went in bin - disgusting! Gravy was a lot thinner than usual - watered down maybe? Disappointed as food is usually better than anywhere else & usually worth the wait!
