Fantastic little spot. My friend Sam took me (he works in the area) and the fish was perfect. We ate it looking over the sea and I have to say it was the best chippy I've had that year!!

The best fish and chips, especially when taken to the beach to eat. I grew up on Walney, so have been using this chipper for over 50 years. Portions are huge, and 2 portions easily feed 3 of us. Fast service despite its' popularity and delivery service available. Watch out for the seagulls if you take your supper to the beach, they are fans of Andy's too!
Lovely food ! Fish was crispy on the outside , lovely and fresh on the inside ,peas n curry sauce just makes the meal ! N low prices ?
This place has many fans, no doubt. It's ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. Went from chippy to a takeaway offering pizzas and kebabs. Do some good meal deals like bogof pizzas. Fresh fish cooked to order which is a plus. Tastes ok. 5.20 for fish and chips as I write this.
