I have bought and sold 3 times with Andrews in Stroud and i rate them highly. They have good customer service and their ‘sales progression’ service helps to keep things moving between the solicitors. Highly recommended!

Had 2 viewings in 2 days with John. He was very professional, honest and a nice guy. If he didn’t know an answer, he was say he didn’t know and would do his best to find out. Only slight thing I will say is trying to get through to them via the phone can be a pain but I understand that as due to COVID they are working from home and have less members of staff in. Other than that our dealings with them so far have been positive.
More than happy as a Landlord to leave the management and tenancy of my property in the hands of Paul and his team. Special thanks to Greg for his excellent customer service, proactive and extremely helpful and professional approach and for always communicating quickly and clearly regarding my queries. Most importantly of all for ‘getting the job done!’
Andrew's local service used to be great and I like their ethics. Things have been wobbly for a while but seem to be improving now, which is good. Hope to be able to return to 5 stars again soon.
Very disappointed with Andrews in the past year, after having had good service from them previously. Unprofessional, rude and unapologetic when their mistakes were pointed out to them. I would not use them again. I am sure they are still a good company nationally but they have made some very poor appointments in Stroud in recent years.
