We bought a house through Andrews in May this year and we couldn't be happier. The house we bought was not even on my \to view\ list until they suggested it. They were so helpful through the toughest of times. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking experience I wanted to view a house and I booked a viewing on the day I didn’t get told that the viewing had been cancelled and I got promised a call back when I rang I got told they would call back to rearrange the viewing ... no call back at all I’ve been trying to ring all day the following day no answer id left several messages and no one got back to me I went on Zoopla today to find out the house has already been let with no notice or no nothing. Disappointed and shocked. Very much a let down.
Half way through our sale we lost our main contact Dan, for reasons that were never explained. Up until that point it had been a positive experience. However the service soon deteriorated with members of the team seemingly out of their depth and unable to explain several elements of the sale process to me and further more failing to return our calls. We used Hamptons for our purchase who demonstrated how things should be done. I think it unlikely that we'd use again.
Amazing team of people who are excellent in the art of communication . Always professional ,courteous with a friendly disposition.we wouldn’t consider using any other company.
