A very good place to take your watch or clock to. The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was dealing with the owner Charles who was very keen to help in any way that he could. Its not often that you find a company who literally cannot help or assist customers enough. It was almost a pleasure to give him my money. The only thing against it was that I'm a Yorkshire man. LOL. A pleasant experience Thank you.

Picked up my repaired and serviced watch yesterday, very pleased - it's working (which it wasn't) and seems to be keeping good time (which had been variable). Less expensive than last time I had it done in Hatton Garden. Hard to fault.
I'm a regular user of this watch and clock maker, I've purchased a second hand ladies Tudor watch. Great customer service was able negotiate a better price, my wife was delighted with the gift. Additionally, just had my TAG Link repaired again he kept me up to date on progress, giving full explanation of what caused my problem and how much the repair would cost before progressing with the repair.
Did a great job fixing a quartz mechanism into my old clock. Nice family company. Fast turnaround. Easy access. Highly recommended.
Good work-fixes pretty much any watch of any price range and type. recommend every time.
