Absolutely fabulous waitrose. I have the same lady serve me on the basket till every Sunday too. Just enjoy my shop there. Also not sure if he comes from the store but my delivery driver for my online weekly shop is fabulous too.

I'm rating my John Lewis online order collection experience. I have placed my order and received collection invite much sooner than expected, which was great. When arrived i didn't have to wait even a minute before a smiling and polite assistant took my details and went to retrieve my item. It wasn't even 5 minutes and I was on my way back. Highly recommend this service.

Lovely warm & welcoming medium sized store that has a great range of all food, drink & household goods, including daily newspapers. Very relaxing to sit on a stool people watching out of the window while sipping your free tea or coffee if you have a my Waitrose card.
