Really good honest garage. My car passed Mot which will always make you happy about a garage. But they also assured me that my wheel bearings did not need changing that another garage quoted me for

Incredible service. As someone who is usually very anxious going to new places, I feel amazing after having my headlamp replaced. Very fast service, and very well done.

We had a near tire emergency during a long drive up the country and these folks were absolutely brilliant in going out of their way to help us and sort us out. Genuinely nice staff. Highly recommended.

My car was booked in for a service & MOT which was completed at your Andover branch (283) After picking up my car your colleague in the branch went through the advisories on the MOT that should be looked at. A few days later at a different garage (due to availability & my location) I got the advisories done. However they informed me, that whilst completing the work, they noticed a set of bolts missing from underneath the car.. These missing bolts had caused a MAJOR part of the cars GEARBOX to become extremely loose, and to quote the mechanics.. ‘’ it’s a miracle your still able to drive the car - It’s that’s loose’’ I asked if this was something that Halfords autocentre should have picked up when doing the service, and the mechanics replied ... ‘’if paying attention fully, I would have expected them to’’ He went to say that the bolts had been missing for some time for the 2 parts to become as separated as they where.. With this in mind I very much doubt I will be using you again.
