After waiting over 30 minutes my appointment was cancelled due to equipment issues. Surely this should have been sorted before my appointment. Especially as the equipment was not working the week before. Not ideal in current circumstances. Staff were brilliant as always. Next appointment a week later, equipment working but still waited over 30 minutes. Staff are always very pleasant and keep you informed. Dental team were so lovely and reassured me. Just need to sort appointment timings out.

Easily booked appointment online. When turned up for appointment all COVID related safety procedures in place. No wait and got called straight in even though I was 15 minutes early. Very lovely, kind and gentle dentist. Very thorough, and quick. Easy to pay. All in all a very good experience. Thank you!
