Went to pick an item up sent them an email when we got there, gave them our car reg, make of car, out with in 4 min with said item, loaded it into the car, great service and polite friendly from the two guys.

Friendly and informative answers.to our queries. Shop is smaller than some of the others we,ve been in. But the staff member we spoke to was very helpful.

Lots of stock on display some of it not working so cant view picture then there is the major problem of getting someone to serve you or help you. I did manage to get a person to ask for his help but his reply was I only do telephones not television with that he walked off and with that I walked out to go and find another Currys store. And what a difference at basingstoke store plenty of staff and eager to help give advise and assist in purchasing our selected product. I know which store I will go to next time and it isn't Andover .

Click and collect. I should say that the chap that served me was great, very helpful, investigated the issue and resolved the problem. The issue concerned contradictory information in emails from the company. When I went to collect the QR code didn't work, the code number didn't work, sometimes the automated process doesn't work and the systems fail.
