I left a message this morning to see if Ben could repair our in built oven. He replied almost immediately to say he had a full day but would try and fit our repair in as his last job of the day. True to his word, he arrived after 5 when I thought he would have clocked off, and half an hour later he had fixed it and was on his way. Very professional and very reasonably priced. All things wiped down to be covid safe. I would highly recommend.

I got in touch with Ben via his website late one evening, by 8am the following morning he had replied and after a quick call I was booked in for midday the following day. On the day of the visit he called to say he would be with me in ten minutes. He arrived on time and within minutes was hard at work. He was extremely professional, polite and insightful. He went out of his way to diagnose a fault with my oven extractor fan when I mentioned it had stopped working. He told me what I needed to order and how much it would cost and even showed me how easy it would be to replace. I was truly impressed with his customer service and would not hesitate in recommending him to my family or friends. He will be my go to man for any further domestic appliance problems. Top service, good price and a genuine man doing what he does best. Thanks again Ben, keep up the good work!
Ben was personable and charming throughout this visit to repair a household dishwasher. It was a hidden fault without an easy fix, but we worked through it together, from an initial assumption it was a non-return valve to further in-depth testing and finding a non-frequent fault of a blockage just after the water softener (if I remember correctly). His work is neat and well explained, I can recommend this service: it is so much better to repair than replace.
Ben replied quickly to my enquiry and arranged a very speedy call out . A very friendly and professional person. He fully explained his findings and went on to replace parts needed to repair my integrated single oven and bring it back to full working order. Very reasonable charges too. Excellent customer service. On the basis of my experience today, I would most definitely recommend Ben for appliance repairs .
My washing machine started making a right racket - a real loud clicking noise. My friend recommended Ben from Andover Domestic Appliances. I called Ben and he arranged a visit, which was very swift. Ben arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. Ben found the issue quickly and fortunately for me, it was just some rogue items in the filter! I would highly recommend Ben and will most certainly be going to him for any future appliance issues. Thanks again Ben!
