A brilliant CrossFit gym, run by some excellent coaches. The place is friendly and fun. Each day the workouts are varied and challenging. It's a great place to train. I've been a member now for 5 years and couldn't imagine training in any other way now. Love it!
A great gym with encouraging and supportive coaches. You are made to feel welcome whatever your age and ability. I have achieved so much since I started (being an older member). I now feel more confident, fitter and healthier :)
Been training at AFS CrossFit for 10 months now and must say the place is excellent! Great community, great coaching - a totally different vibe to your regular gym. I couldn't recommend the place with any more enthusiasm, thumbs up!
