The instructors are very good. I like the relaxed friendly atmosphere. This facility is not the upscale, does not have a pool; the fees are a little high for the value. Some classes are additional fees.

Just had a tour since my normal gym is closed. The staff are very friendly and i felt very comfortable. Ill be bringing my toddlers to their kid camp program and was very happy with the cleanliness of the space and the overall facility

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. They have a variety of classes, zumba, kettlebell, interval training, yoga, to name a few. Locker rooms and showers available as well. Love

Love this gym! I have an injured back and I love how this facility has specialized equipment for injuries in the first floor. The staff is always super friendly especially in the kids club.
