To whom it may concern, I just wanted to give some feedback regarding my experiences. I had originally made a journey on the 15th of August to discuss design ideas I did not see any of the artists and filled out a form with my details saying someone will contact you. No contact was made, so I made another journey on the 22nd August and then spoke to Zoe who showed more enthusiasm towards what I wanted done. Since then I have emailed with updated pictures to help collaborate the design idea and it's now been 3 weeks since then. I was told 2 weeks from the 22nd and I check my emails every day to see if any correspondence was made. Just to save you guys time and effort please do not draw up any designs, which I'm sure you probably haven't. It is with great regret that I am going elsewhere were my design and custom is better valued. And as you haven't bothered responding since this has made me lose complete trust in your company. Please take this on board for any future customers as any acknowledgement goes a long way. I have never received even one email or call to be acknowledged. I have managed my own businesses and this is certainly not a way to retain any customers. Please remove any of my details from your system if you have one. I got 2 orbital piercings done here a week or so ago and I was very impressed. Aside from the obstacle that is social distancing (longer wait times :( ) everything went pleasantly. Everyone I met seemed both friendly and professional, special thanks to the lovely lady who did my piercings as it was an entirely swift and enjoyable experience. Hygiene standards were great and they did a really good job on my ears. (Apologies for the subpar photography I am not what you would call a natural)

This place was clean and professional the piercer did a great job with my piercing. There was no delay and my piercing didn't hurt when she pierced it. It was my first time coming to this place and I must say I'm in love with this place and I'll be coming here whenever I need a piercing
They know what they are doing and can make custom designs per client. Been coming here for all my work since 2008
