Management has high turn over rate. Professionalism was poor. Didn't hold up their end of contract (requested Maintenance of property) no results. Lack of office hours. When moved out had place Professionally cleaned and didn't receive an honest return on deposit.

Very rude unprofessional. They never fix anything in the units. The staff including mattience are unprofessional . It has been my worse nightmare living here. If you go above the mangers head they will not respond and are just as unprofessional. They will try and enter your unit when you are not there without a 24 hour notice. I would suggest a lawsuit be filed against VOA. Anybody who has lived at trailside in the last 2 years and has had a bad experience I suggest you call Alaska legal services and complain and then file a complaint with government. No human should go through what I and many others have.
