This is the real deal, easily the best barbecue I've had in Alaska and it would put up a good fight in Texas, Alabama, or KC. I don't say that lightly, I'm a former competitive barbecue judge. The ribs were tender with an excellent dry rub. Our chicken was also perfectly cooked and they pulled off a great white barbecue sauce, which is a rare find indeed. We will be going back. Frequently.

Patrick show a deep care and understanding of the bbq that he prepares. I have introduced a number of people to his bbq and they all have the same thing to say, “This is some of the best bbq I’ve ever had!” I agree, his ribs are absolutely the BEST I have ever had.
Delicious! I don't eat a lot of meat so I love that I can still buy their delicious sauces to cook at home with!
