Plenty of helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products. Veterans discount on purchase. Have returned several times to discuss a purchase that I made and have received nothing but stellar customer service and product support since initial purchase. Purchased a pair of snowshoes for a very competitive price compared to REI, ended up returning them for a refund and was given a full refund with no questions asked. People at the front counter are very friendly and helpful.

Really like this store. Great customer service: I was looking for leg gaiters and called on phone. When I called, the shoe guy went to check that they had them. They did; and when I got there he took me to the area. They had choices in several price ranges. Fabulous. I also liked the Bulletin Board with all the fishing holes, what type of fish, and whether they were open. We'll be back. SW is really more of a 4.5 than a 4.0.
They didn't have what I was looking for, which was a high-end petzl headlamp, but they had a great hunting and fishing section. Definitely a place to get outfitted for your next excursion.

Good store for a variety of things. I enjoy shopping here as the prices are competitive and the selection is wide. I have even stopped in the store with some kids to kill some time and I had a great time with the animals on display and the wide variety of interesting items. Sportsman's warehouse is also a good place to pick up gifts if you run out of ideas.
