My experience at Planned Parenthood was better than I expected! Everyone was very kind, caring and were able to answer all my questions. The waiting rooms and exam rooms were comfortable. I was there to get a general women's wellness exam and it was the most comfortable (as well as they can be) exam I have ever had done.

I'm surprised at the negative review. I've been to this office twice recently. Once in January and once in February 2018. My wait time was less than 8 minutes each time. I was weighed, had my blood pressure taken, given the cloth to cover myself, and within a few minutes, a nurse came in and went over things with me about my health. Both times I had great nurses, knowledgeable, helpful, morale builders. I will go back as I do for my annual exam. They send over the form for me to get a mammogram, and those people call me the next day. I'm very impressed.

I moved to Alaska almost 6 years ago and have gone to the Anchorage location almost every year for various health concerns and treatment. They have always treated me with respect and made sure I was safe. I've gotten referrals to get additional care from PPH and they have followed up with me each time. The nurses and Doctors were caring and attentive to me needs and concerns. Yes, waits were long once in a while, but they apologized and continued to give me the care I needed. I do want to say to the veteran nurses and Doctors there; thank you for your service and continuing to care for your country!

I was a little hesitant after reading the one review but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. My visit went extremely well. I arrived about 15 min early, which was good so I had time to do the paperwork and then I was taken back about ten minutes after my \appointment time.\ The staff were all very friendly and knew their stuff! I have no complaints whatsoever about this place and would recommend it to anyone in need of the services they offer.
