I had dropped my dog off Black Friday, on time, after hours I called wondering why my 12lb dog was taking so long. When I got there the manager told me if I wanted it faster maybe not to do it on Black Friday. I’m not sure how sales in the store has anything to do with grooming staff being busy since it’s by appointment only. He also noted that because of weather other dogs came in so they were slammed, except my dog was on time for hers so why would she be stuck in a kennel unnecessarily long because of other people coming in late. Lastly, they HORRIBLY groomed her face. I’ve been going there for 2 years and likely won’t be returning.

The attitude of the grooming salon is one of indifference; there is an obvious lack of professionalism. I took a lot of trouble to bring my dog to the Dimond area Petco today, especially in dealing with weather. In checking in, I was told the groomer is not available. Their answer to me: maybe the groomer will be here by noon. I came back at noon and was greeting by two nasty groomers who could have cared less about the problem they are obviously responsible for. This is a hit or miss thing with these people. Personally, I prefer good service. I leave Alaska on Friday and these people have cost me time and personal effort! Brittany always does a great job on our dog. She is very friendly and professional and our dog always comes out looking great and well taken care of.

The ladies grooming both my dogs were friendly and asked questions about my dogs to make sure they understood them. They were very good with both my dogs and when I came to pick them up, they had them behind the counter and giving them lots of loves!

The salon is always clean, I requested the express grooming and I was able to pick up my dog in under 2 hours. That is a great perk for dogs who are not used to kennels. The groomer was great, she did exactly what I requested. I am pleased with Chloe's cut. I will be back again for sure.

Lauren our groomer was amazing! My dog gets seriously anxious about leaving home and is usually a wreck at the end of the grooming session - but when I came to pick up he was so calm! Not anxious and actually went right over to Lauren after the session instead of hightailing it for the nearest door. She used a lavendar bath but I think the real magic is her! We will definitely be back - she is a very gifted person!!
