Very poor communication. Employees are unhelpful. Managers we've spoken with have been abrupt and rude more than once, and show no personal care for patients.

This is a terrible and heartless company. They have treated my husband very terribly. I would not recommend to anyone.
Great place to work!
Great place to work. Awesome staff. Maxim allowed me to receive special training for a cancer patient. Laura always was a very nice person and was always there when an employee or patient needed help Maxim healthcare provides yearly training that kept all of us aware of any new techniques or changes to any health standards. Office staff was also very helpful and I would like to say a special thanks to Laney, Aniana, Laura and Valerie. I worked for many agencies in Anchorage and Maxim was definitely the best and most professional. Thank you for everything to all of you.
I would of put 0 if it were a choice. This is the most dishonest uncaring conpany I have ever worked for in my 37 years of Nursing! From the Anchorage office all the way up to their Corporate people, all are very heartless liars! They just tell lies onto more lies. And the Integrity Hotline is no help at all. Unfortunately the clients families are stuck with this pathetic company!
