I have been in state farm (specifically Lisa Sanders) since I was 16yrs old and I am now 33. I love that I can call anytime to confirm coverage and make sure I have what I need on my plan to travel and rent a car and the ladies that have helped me over the phone have been more than helpful. Today I talked with Noemi and she spent more time with me answering all my questions that I believe I have called and asked in the past and just reassured me in regards to my question I had. They are great and Lisa Sanders has great customer service and communication and it overflows to her employees.

Lisa Sanders and Karmen were amazing to work with! They were incredibly helpful and prompt in helping me with my insurance needs. I Left feeling very comfortable knowing that the things I care about will be well protected. They did not try to pressure or “up sell” me on anything but gave me good options while explaining how everything would work so I could make informed decisions and get a great rate!

We Love working with Lisa and her office with our policy. They are very helpful and quick when we need to change or add to our policy. Today I had Noemi Yale helping me add a vehicle and she had my temporary card emailed in less than 15 mins! Great fast service for busy businesses with little time in the schedule. Window Medics
