Website doesn't work for setting up appointments half the time and the staff refuse to take appointments over the phone or in person. There's no transparency regarding costs either, for those of us paying out of pocket. Just wasted nearly an hour to find out that they're not capable of drug tests if you don't bring in your own chain of custody form. For those of you trying to tick the boxes for Merchant Mariner Credentials, save your time and money and go to Beacon.

Why is there not a receptionist to handle phone calls or an answering machine with up to date information?? I called before heading in from the valley and no one answered the phone. Last time I had to go there it was the same thing. I arrived at 11ish and was told that new hours for pre-employment drug screening are now before 11am and after 1 pm. I went and found something to do for two hours while waiting to be able to return. The ladies who \do it all\ were very nice, but I definately think a receptionist would solve a lot of the problems these ladies have to deal with and would make for better customer service. Three stars for the way management runs this business and 5 stars for the very nice and helpful ladies that have to put up with the mis-management!
If you close for lunch, maybe post this information and don't close earlier than you are supposed to. It make you look lazy and like you don't care about the work.
They are not organized in this office. They skip over paperwork to other people paperwork. I been waiting for a over 45 minutes. People continue to walk in.
Staff is always pleasant, fast, knowledgeable and skillful! I recommend LabCorp over any other lab in Anchorage! Thanks LabCorp!
