I went to see Dr. Sanford (Summer 2020) regarding a discoloration and during my consultation, she had audacity to answer a phone call during my appointment. I felt I was not cared for nor listened to because I was very concerned about my problem. After her phone call, she insisted I under go a small cut procedure that day. Disappointing. Look else where.

I do not recommend Dr.Sandford, especially for younger women who are wanting to begin checking on their breast health. I went and saw Dr.Sandford for a large lump and pain I had in my left breast. After seeing me for less than 5 minutes she told me it was due to my bad posture and to sit up straight. A month later, I went and got a second opinion. It turns out I had breast cancer and will need a mastectomy.

Dr. Sandford is incredible as is her ANP and all her staff. She came highly recommended by my PCP, who I have a great deal of respect for, Dr. Laurie Montano. Dr. Sandford is kind, answering all your questions and making me know I was the total focus throughout my visit. My Breast cancer diagnosis made me more than a little fearful and so my mind raced at my first appointment. The staff had a calming effect, Dr. Sandford explained my biopsy report step by step, she discuss and explained my upcoming procedure/surgery, she took her time with her exam, and addressed my husband and my concerns. I knew I was in very capable hands. She visited at length in pre op and again while in recovery with explanations and took the time to answer all, yes any and all questions. Her staff at her office are kind, professional and caring. They treat you as an individual using professionalism and humor. Cancer is scary and they all made it less scary.

There is only ONE place to go for breast care, and this is it! Both providers are knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and driven to fight for their patient's needs and wants. The front office staff is wonderful!
