Anchor Timber Buildings was recommended to me recently as I was after a shed so I decided to give them a look see. The on line links were easy to find and navigate with very clear information. The site advised me to book an appointment which was completed and, on arrival, I found a safe, sensibly managed business. The arrival was overseen by Debbie who was excellent, informed, clear in her passage of information and supportive - I'd forgotten my tape measure but she provided me with one immediately. The display 'warehouse' had more than enough sheds despite the firm having difficulties with suppliers, because of Covid management direction. It's not warm in the building, colder inside than out I felt, so wear a warm jacket! Left to wander through the stock, which I enjoyed, in then found Jim who answered my queries and I was able to buy my shed there and then at a quite reasonable price. So, will I go again? Yes, they have lots of good outdoor wooden stuff, sheds, tables, chairs, planters, high beds and more. Can I recommend them? Yes, the staff I met, Debbie and Jim were excellent and that matters a lot to me. Thank you Anchor Timber Buildings. BTW I left the tape measure with Jim who said he would get it back to Debbie.

Fantastic range of sheds. I was told delivery would take 6 weeks due to lockdown which was understandable, it took 9 weeks, with few updates. Shed arrived eventually and was installed. A few days later when I was in shed, the door closed behind me and I was aware of a great deal of light entering the shed through cracks in the wood. I called and was told nobody available to take call and nobody called me back. I then called again and was told skeleton staff on a Saturday and they would prefer photos to be emailed. I did this then still no contact so I called again and was told I had emailed wrong department. I emailed new department as told to but email bounced back. I have now bought wood filler and filled in holes myself. Office staff need to be trained on good customer care. Order 38301. Poor product and bad customer care.

What an incredible array of summer houses and sheds. But I have to say the only thing better than the fabulous prices and amazing range was the fanbloodytastic customer service by Naomi. What an absolute pleasure to be helped and given great advice by someone so lovely.
