I live within walking distance of this Staples location. The store is clean, bright, well-stocked and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I have been a customer here for 12 years and have always been pleased with the service, merchandise and the store itself. Thought I lost my keys here and an employee, Jesse, was super helpful when I phoned to see if they were there.

Curbside was excellent, I ordered a colour printer, got an email 10 minutes later saying it's ready, drove to the store, called the number and they quickly brought it out... awesome service. Thank you

I bought office furniture at this location 7 years ago that came with a lifetime warranty. The manufacturer tried to say they did not produce it when the product broke, but managers at this Staples stood behind me. They were willing to help me try and locate a record of the transaction. And when they realized their database did not go back that far they even tried to order the part. Eventually, the manufacturer took responsibility. But staples gave me the benefit of the doubt when the manufacturer shut me down. I go here semi-frewuently whenever I need printing and would not hesitate to purchase more office furniture.
