Second to None! You never disappoint! Mmm candy cane hot chocolate.
The coffee and treats are stellar. However its furniture & decor are tired, worn and quite dirty. Staff are nice but have no idea they should make the place presentable.
My mom and I have been getting coffee at this Second Cup for a while now, but the last few times we've gone, the place is looking run down and seems to be in need of simple renos. My mom and I aren't too pleased with the new baked goods selection so we don't come as often because they don't have what we really use to enjoy together anymore. Otherwise, great customer service and drinks as always.
Have been going to this Second Cup location in the Hamilton area for years now, and I do believe it is the best one around. I have always had great conversations from the various staff members over the years, and always been served a great cup of coffee. If there was ever something that was wrong, the staff quickly remade the drink, or asked what they could do to improve the overall experience.
Update: this location is closed! unfortunately. :( My go to coffee and location. Constantly serving same quality coffee by a very professional and friendly staff. Different seating options available.
Great for a quick coffee break. A bit off the beaten track and very quiet at times, but the coffee and snacks are amazing. Staff was generally okay - 5/10. Attracts a slightly older crowd, given the location. Free WiFi.
I went in just looking for something cold. I don't normally go to second cup as I don't drink coffee. The girl working ( Thursday, June 7 @ 3pm) was Soo helpful and helped me settle on the strawberry. Dream frap. She said it was good. That's an understatement it's delicious. Thank you star cup girl.
