My husband and I go to Mezza Cafe as often as possible and really enjoy all their coffees and the biscotti and pastries are very good as well!! We will be trying their pizza soon. The owner and his son are very friendly and make you feel at home. A great place to go and a nice change from the chain type coffee shops!

Mezza Caffe has the best coffee around. The family run business may not seem warm and fuzzy with the cool modern, sleek decor, but they welcome you like you're family and they remember you even after your first visit! The coffee and food is delicious, they import everything from Italy and there just isn't anything like it around. I haven't had a single beverage, pastry, ice cream or meal that I wouldn't order again.

I work in the tanning salon next door to Mezza Café and always spend 1/4 of my paycheck there. All of the food and pastries are delicious, and their coffee is very authentic. I am obsessed with the Panini's and the Pizza's and am always greeted with a smiling face. You pay for the quality of service and food and it is SO worth it. I highly recommend Mezza to anyone who wants an amazing cup of coffee and a really tasty lunch.

Amazing service and coffee was incredible! We went there before a dr appointment at Ancaster medical centre. After our appointment we had to wait a while for our ride it was really hot, and the girls came out and gave us bottles of water free of charge they even offered that we could wait in the cafe. You don't see service and caring like that anymore!!!

I don't like this place, been here a few times but only because I had business meetings nearby and there was nowhere to go, I'm bored of Starbucks and there is Symposium cafe only so I was forced to come because it was so cold outside I had to sit somewhere but in my opinion the pastries don't taste very Italian and I don't care they ship the ingredients from Italy, their selection is very boring as well. This place is also pretty pricey, prices are not displayed, for 2 scoops of ice cream and a bad carrot cake I paid 20 bucks... ???? wtf Again, I don't care about the fairy tale that it is shipped from Italy in a glass, because the ice cream tasted as average as buying any 5 dollar ice cream from Walmart that gives me 25 scoops... Yes the design is beautiful indeed but it won't make the carrot cake good, also there was a chocolate cake that's cream inside was ''chewy'' like eating a gummy, it was weird, their hot chocolate comes in one size only, small size for the price of a large... and again I did not enjoy it... Their coffee is good but I dislike coffee... Some of their pastries are delicious but sold out by 2 pm, the rest is very oily caused me heart-burn. I might seem like a picky customer but I won't just throw my money away paying 3 times more than I would in Starbucks. When I visit Italy or even just Quebec on every corner I find mouth-watering amazing cakes and pastries that wouldn't cost more than 4 bucks, here I pay ten for a slice and it's so average. I won't be coming back.

Nice change from Starbucks – and the coffee's better. Just wish they had plugs.
