Dynamic Supports has partnered with Triple C Farm, with the intention of pursuing a shared vision of creating a special needs safe space, that includes caring and supportive "future-focused"​ programming for adults with developmental disabilities. Dynamic Supports focuses on developing transferable hard and soft skills, and provides opportunities for hands-on learning. Despite neurological differences, we leverage each person's strengths and abilities. Already a DARTS destination, the family-run hobby farm provides a therapeutic environment in a rural setting for people with developmental disabilities to develop vocational and/or employment skills. The rural setting allows people to be themselves, with acres of forgiving space and lower stimuli than urban settings. Some employment skills taught on the Farm Crew: teamwork, following direction, lawn maintenance, general maintenance, minor repairs, health and safety awareness, cleaning, and animal care.
