We used Amuse for our wedding at Wadhurst Castle in June and they were brilliant from start to finish! Sarah really helped us create a menu for our guests which worked for us and her knowledge about wedding catering and our venue (which Amuse know well) was invaluable. At our initial meeting, Sarah really listened to what we wanted and even at that stage gave us lots of really helpful tips and advice about the catering but also the day in general. Our food tasting was useful but also great fun! As soon as we tried the food we knew we had made the right decision, as every dish was delicious. This made choosing difficult but Sarah helped guide us to create a menu we were really happy with. The food on the day was perfect and we received so many lovely comments from our guests. Sarah, Mike and all of the team were professional and friendly throughout and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Michelle and James Lee
