Lorna is able to help me with a regular check up. I have a physical active day-to-day job as a strength and conditioning trainer and maintenance for my own body is also important. As Lorna has a different background than me she is able to help me with corrective points. This helped me within a few weeks to move better, but also to be aware of my own movement patterns. With the work we've done so far I feel like this is helping to prevent any injury. Lorna is kind, friendly and easy to approach. Thanks - Niels

Lorna is the most amazing trainer. The workouts are challenging and fun. Since she has been training me, I have lost weight, I am much stronger and I have much more energy.
