I bought a new mobile phone and signed a contract with Vodafone, only to be left with no mobile data for over one month. The staff on the phone at the helpdesk never calls back, and I had to call and call again to claim and wait for compensation for paying for a service they did not provide.

I bought a personal I-phone last week from the Ferdinand Bolstraat Vodaphone store. Yvette looked after me and she was fantastic! She was super friendly and very knowledgable and she answered all my questions easily and helped guide me to the best option for me. She did all this with a smile and made the experience a great one! This sort of service is rare. If i need to go back for anything i'll be asking for Yvette. Thank you Yvette!

Helpful employees at the store. But terrible company in general. If you need to cancel, prepare yourself for hours of hoops to jump through. Basically Comcast of Europe

I went there on a Tuesday about 1pm. Only a couple customers ahead of me. Was buying a tourist sim card. Total time spent was 15 mins to buy it and have the young man install and make sure it was set correctly. All good! Excellent service, very friendly!
