The selection of floors is not the biggest, but you can choose something. I was excited about my new floor, until... I saw it laid down . The display desks are different from what you get ( wooden floor ). The quality of the service ( the external company working with the shop) is terrible. Plinten went off from the wall after less than a month. The floor in the corridor went up after approximately 6 weeks ( mainly in June, so the driest month of this year, in the building from 70s), blocking the main door. Same happened in the living room ( I have an ugly screw with some silicon covering it). Obviously I was accused of the possible leakage, humidity or how the wardrobe is placed etc. The guys didn't come over for 3 times in a row ( 2 times no shop up and no message and 3rd time last minute cancellation). At the end they change a part of it, but the floor is still cracking. I am afraid what is going to happen after the heating season. The shop will not reply to your email and in the the shop itself, you will be treated in a very impolite way ( if I type correctly the name, by Barry). I still asked the question why I was not informed about the price correctly, as they gave me costs calculation for the service without VAT. If you can, avoid this shop. 1 star is for the other gentlemen in the shop, who tried to help a bit. I think Peter. Otherwise would be 0.
My daughter and I went here to buy floors. We were very excited because we have saved for this moment. There were no customers in the store. The man working there was behind his computer. He didn't even look up when we walked in. I say good morning and tell him we are there to buy laminate floors for our home. He still barely looks at us. I ask if they do installation? He rudely says yes and continues looking at his computer. He treated us like he was annoyed that we came in. I thought maybe he's busy and will come help us. He didn't. He completely ignored us. I tried to ask another question, no response. He was so rude! It was hurtful. We were very disappointed. I guess he doesn't like Expats. That's all I can think of. I have made sure to let the expat community know to not bother even walking in the store.
Highly recommend, the floors are the best value I've found in Netherlands, great quality and the salesman is extremely helpful.
You will find any sort of floor at good price. Good service.
