Vaneman dealer has a very poor sense of customer care. Besides providing wrong information about cost of services, they are in no way interested about customer retention. Once they invoiced me the cost for a replacement car, while they told me it was free of charge. Lately they charged me the cost of a winter tire after they kept in storage 8 month and there was no sign of excessive wearing when took off. Lack of professionalism in many aspects

Had an appointment to pick-up my car. Was greeted promptly and did not have to wait to get started with the paperwork. The staff, especially Dirk, went out of their way to solve issues that came up with my paperwork to ensure I got my car that day. Efficient service for this visit.

I scheduled a maintenance and APK appointment with this service through Jeep.nl. I received my confirmation e-mail but when I went there they said my appointment is not in their system. They apologized and told me that they will investigate what went wrong and call me back. So far No one called. I am not satisfied with this Jeep garage and probably find another one.

Great service. If you have to bring your car to service, make an appointment and mention you want to wait for the car. They provide internet and space to keep up the work.
