Super popular cookie bakery that sells just the one variety of double chocolate cookie and nothing else (other than boxes to carry them in). The cookies are very delicious, with a creamy white chocolate filling in the middle. The smell when you step inside the bakery is gorgeous! The bakery is super popular, expect to queue outside. They get a lot of tourist trade so the staff speak good English and they accept credit cards. You can buy cookies individually, or there is a deal for a box of 6 cookies for 10. It's quite nice how gently the cookies are packaged - they are not cheap but they are good quality.

Yes it was the best cookie I’ve ever had. The perfect cookie in terms of flavour, moistness and size. I bought the 6 for 10 and shared them with friends and they were in love. Please go and try it out
Horrible and disrespectful service. After standing in line for over half an hour in the cold they refused to sell us any cookies even though there was over half a tray left. They let the person in front of us to take about 2 full trays(!!!) of cookies despite a huge line outside and said they won't sell us more as they decided to give the rest of the cookies by one to everyone standing in line as a charity while laughing at us. Also they let a person cut in line before us to take some. Awful and disgusting experience that ruined our day. They also couldn't inform the line of 30 people to not wait as there was definitely not enough for everyone, even if the person in front of us didn't hoard half of the shop. Just because the shop is popular they feel entitled to treat people unfairly and mean, and do not care how their actions impact others. They let people wait for no reason just to prove how cool they are by shutting the door in front of people who were excited enough about some cookies to spend long time waiting. They even have a clock on the door to celebrate when they choose to close the door on customers that are led to believe by hours stated here that the shop is open till 5pm (they rarely make it past 4:30pm, now they were done at 4pm) instead of just baking a bit more. I have never seen a business treat customers with such contempt. I've been here before only on weekdays during work hours, so had no idea this place was like that.
Exceptionally good cookie! Not too sweet, crispy outside, melty gooey centre and very chocolate! And warm when we bought them! Beautiful packaging and the storage and reheat instructions in the box were super useful! Will be back!
