Nice service, I flew from Brussels Airport this time due to the price of my flight tickets. I normally use Tinker to and from Eindhoven Airport where I'm always met by my driver. But at Brussels Airport, Tinker has friendly hostesses who awaited me and guided me to my taxi. The Belgian driver was very friendly as well. I would definitely book them again.

The first time I used them in Florence, Italy, was okay. The driver was punctual, friendly and very helpful, although it seemed he didn't have the correct street number. From then on we had nothing but extremely late pickups that wasted a great deal of time. Firstly waiting for 90 minutes at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam (their home city!) and then they were an hour late picking us up from our hotel to go back to Schiphol to make our flight...which we almost missed, thanks to them. If that had happened it would have cost several thousands of dollars and an entire holiday!!! We simply can't risk using such a business and we received no apology or offer of compensation, nothing, very disappointing!!
I used to swear by them. They used to be great...not anymore. Not the last 3 times....I give up. Almost missed my flight last weekend running to the gate because the car arrived 1h late... And now...waiting at the airport for 45min and 15min to because 'my flight arrived earlier'...then what's the point to provide a flight number ?? Also....no hostess today!!! Very disappointed!
The worst experience of all because after an overseas flight Tinker was a NO SHOW! If that isn't bad enough, I phoned customer service while in customs to inform them of a mere 10 minute delay and they responded as if all was well. After collecting our luggage and entering the Arrival area- no Tinker signage. I needed to spend on yet another international call. We finally decided to take the train which was efficient and cheap. Also- after I place the second Tinker call, I was placed on hold and then disconnected. This is a complete waste of time and energy! Do yourself a favor and just take the train if you are in Amsterdam.
Tinker car service cost us 2500! We had booked a trip from Zwolle, the Netherlands, to Schiphol airport. The taxi arrived "on time" but the fact that is was Monday and that security measures had been increased for some time, causing delays, was not taken into account and we arrived at a closed gate. Because I needed medical care in the US, we had to buy new airplane tickets. Don't let Tinker tinker with your travel plans!!
Never book. They will not come especially if you have to go airport. I am sorry tinker to book you, never book you. No star.

Horrible website. It puts date for booking in wrong month. Costumer service number-on hold for over 40 minutes when second in line. Rubbish Company-stay away!!
