My experience at Thrive Chiropractic has been outstanding. Kate takes great care in listening to where I feel discomfort and is able to identify the problem and correct it. What I particularly like here is that it is a partnership to improved health. I also participate in my recovery by following the plan of care and am relived of pain and feel a difference in posture and how my body moves. Celine & Bridget also are incredibly helpful and efficient and setting up an managing changes in appointments and evaluating status. Great team all around and I highly recommend Thrive.

I am extremely thankful to have met Kate and be under her care. I admire her attention and detail in explaining procedures and treatment, with resources to technology that makes it clearer to understand the things we cannot see. This has been a journey of self-discovery on limits and finding new strengths. Due to Kate's deep knowledge and passion I have been able to understand and respect my body much better. When I saw Kate I was quite limited by pain, and little by little Kate was able to work different parts that altogether make my body work tremendously better. I recommend Kate to everyone really. And a plus is her space, which is extremely peaceful, and a team of really attentive staff.

After many tries with other offices, Dr. Cox has not only been the first local chiropractor to reduce my shoulder and back pain, but also offers a variety of products and connections to other practitioners to help augment her treatment when needed. What makes her special is the ability to see the whole picture of a patient's health and not only provide immediate relief at each visit through pain-free adjustments, but to extend these gains outside her office with critical information.
