Going to the Upside Down with my girlfriends was the most fun I’ve had yet in Amsterdam! The museum is very lively and happy. We laughed non-stop for the few hours we were there. The staff was extremely kind also! I had accidentally paid for the wrong museum (whoops) but the Upside Down staff helped me resolve the situation. I really recommend this place to anyone who loves to take pictures and have a good time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were blessed by a warm welcome from the owner Hans and his family, who took us through the whole experience, inspired creativity and provided overall a fun good time! Great to see a family business providing such a timely service especially just coming out of lockdown. Can't wait to come back again

This attraction is extremely interactive and mind twisting. Overall, the experience was amazing, the people working there were super helpful and client orientated, they even offered to take pictures of us, as we were only two. Lastly, the attraction has cameras put into place for the different scenes and these photos get send to you by email, which is very useful!

Great experience overall! The staff were so nice and accommodating when it came to COVID rules (they made our experience as close to normal as possible but still safe at all times) So many great sensory rooms - would recommend going any day especially when it’s raining out like I did. Highly recommend a visit

The upside down is a great one time experience in my opinion. I went with a friend of mine, it was very fun to fool around in there. We particularly loved the ball pit. It’s great for the younger ones as well. It’s a very Instagram-able, it’s very aesthetic with amazing backgrounds! Great for taking photos with your friends. I think it was a bit expensive, as the tickets costs more than your average museum ticket and they do not offer any student discounts. The store is very limited, and we had a lot of troubles printing out our pictures ( also, they did not accept our Dutch cards) and a lot of them were not accessible via the link we received via email afterwards. It was fun, but I wouldn’t go again.

My friends and I visited last Thursday and had a good time! The experience looks on point with a great eye for detail! It was a quiet day during our visit so we almost had the whole experience to ourselves. Besides all the fun I do have one thing I have to get off my chest: The floor angels. Even though they were just with the 2 of them, covering the whole experience, they weirdly managed to make me feel quite uncomfortable. Entering the building we were welcomed nicely and the girl gave us very clear and professional instructions (keep it up!). However, after the welcome there was no interaction whatsoever. The two floor angels (inside of the experience) were chatting with each other and didn’t really interact with the guests besides a blunt comment or instruction. This made us feel watched at times and it really extinguished the fun in certain moments. Despite that, my friends and I really had a great time and enjoyed the experience. I especially had a good laugh riding the magnum ice cream and pressing the buttons. Most of the rooms are self-explanatory and there is loads to discover throughout the experience. Not sure if I’d recommend visiting for 25! But if you are in town and looking for a fun activity ‘ ‘The Upside Down’ is definitely a place to consider! Kisses x

We really had a great time, everything was well organished due to corona. Sometimes visitors forgot all about it, because of all the attractions. We ended up with a lot of great pictures which you can enjoy once you're home again! A good way to spend your time on a rainy day.
