Michel Pierre is a really nice guy who takes the time to explain everything you want and need to know. It's so different from many other agencies I've taken my daughter to that only took 10 minutes for an impersonal chat. In the end we chose to sign with The Coven and it's been a really wonderful journey ever since. Michel Pierre is very professional, a great communicator and also such a great guy (which in this industry seems to be anything but standard).

I've had the pleasure of working with The Coven Models and their owner Michel Pierre Laffite from 2016 to 2018. Choosing a suiting mother agency is key for building a stable modelling career, especially when often you're still very young starting out as a model. Working with The Coven Models felt like being welcomed into a loving home, which gave both me and my family a huge feeling of trust in the work I was going to be doing. Something which I hadn't experienced that well in other agencies before. Besides focusing on finishing education in the best possible way, and being at best health, The Coven Models have a very honest and mostly realistic approach towards the models career. This means no unrealistic goals are set. Michel Pierre's professional network provides the model with a team of fashion professionals, guiding the model's shoot and runway experience towards a level of high quality. I think you'll feel for yourself if you're being taken seriously as a (potential) model, whether an agency is actually helping you build a career or not. With The Coven I've always felt we were rocking it together. By example by MP being personally dedicated, while sometimes you'll mostly feel an agency's financial dedication. I felt like I was listened to, and like possibilities were created for potential problems I could have. Not unimportant is the success of an agency, looking into the work you'll be doing. Decide for yourself if you'd rather be a commercial or a high fashion model. If you choose (and fit to be) the last, I think The Coven could be a great choice when you're aiming to work with some of the finest fashion houses in the most friendly way. Wij (als ouders) ervaren Michel Pierre als zeer toegankelijk en betrouwbaar. Hij kan zich goed verplaatsen in de belevingswereld van onze dochter Nella, maar ook in die van ons (als ouders waarvoor het ook net zo nieuw en spannend is). Alles kan gevraagd worden, overal komt een duidelijk antwoord op. Wij zijn dus zeer positief over The Coven Models.
Coven Models is in onze ogen een uitstekend modellenbureau. Michel Pierre heeft persoonlijke aandacht voor ons en is transparant en helder in zijn communicatie, wat we wel en niet kunnen verwachten en wanneer. Hij weet onze dochter (14)op haar gemak te stellen en sluit goed aan bij haar belevingswereld. Daardoor kan hij jonge mensen laten ‘shinen’
Zowel onze zoon als dochter staan ingeschreven bij The Coven Models en wij zijn erg tevreden over Michel Pierre en zijn positieve, professionele begeleiding. Hij is een prettig mens in de omgang, regelt regelmatig proefshoots en looptraining en begeleidt onze kinderen ook via Instagram.
