What a gym, what a great mix of people. If don't like to sweat, please forget to visit this gym. The group training is hard working and they will make sure you will walk out satisfied. Please do not worry when don't feel like having the enegery the trainairs will give you the energy. For the gyms, it is not easy to deal with COVID. I do feel appreciated with the solution they are giving us full lockdown. Their online training is a complete workout with great diversity.
