Awesome location - everything in and around Amsterdam is incredibly easy to reach. Everything in PH93 feels brand new. Bed very comfortable. I had a super clean room that had a small fridge, a TV, small desk, fan and a great shower. Plenty of towels (super soft and with nice scent), shampoo and so on also provided. Keep in mind as it is Amsterdam, that cute old house has quite some steep stairs. Great great value, I can only recommend to stay there!

Such a lovely place and such kind hosts :) The room has everything that you might expect from a top hotel stay. Actually I would go on to say that the touch of Nespresso coffee goes further than most hotels, ah saved my mornings! The place is spotless clean and I loved the complimentary chips and drinks in the mini-bar for my midnight munchies. Thank you to the hosts for this attention to detail. The location is gold, and we are definitely booking here again on our next stay in Amsterdam.
Exceptional The property is in a fantastic spot in the north of the central area of Amsterdam, it’s a (really) short walk from Centraal Station and 20 minutes on foot will get you to almost any of the areas of interest, allow 30 minutes or so to get to the Vondelpark and museum area in the south, but the walk is amazing through the city. The room is a decent size, with good views on two sides, across to the NEMO science museum and the station as well as a side view down one of the canals too. The bed, and pillows, were very comfortable with a duvet rather than just sheets and blankets, the en-suite has a great shower and provided toiletries. The room has a mini fridge for if you want to store some cheese before travelling home, but is also well stocked with complimentary drinks, beer, orange juice as well as water. The Nespresso machine, hot chocolate sachets and selection of tea bags meant every evening and breakfast brew was catered for. The TV is complete with Netflix, if you’re so inclined. The room also has plenty of sockets as well as the bedside complete with USB ports, making charging everything a breeze. All communications with PH93 were answered fully and swiftly. Henry arranged for us to drop off our bags when we arrived and messaged us when the room was ready, he also offered to arrange to be available for us collect our bags on the evening of departure, nice gestures and we couldn’t fault the staff and hosting that made our stay so enjoyable. Exceptional This isn’t so much a negative as it’s quintessentially a character of the houses in Amsterdam, but the stairs are very steep and narrow in depth, akin to climbing a ladder almost, difficult to negotiate with anything more than a ‘carry-on’ bag, nothing to deter you but if, and only if, negotiating stairs is a factor in your planning, then you should be aware.

Very modern, clean and comfortable BnB. Location is excellent for a city trip to Amsterdam, right in the city center opposite to the Central Station. Hosts are very professional; they ensure a warm welcome and enjoyable stay. Would love to come again. Highly recommended.
Location couldn't be more appealing - about as close to the train from airport as you can get and still be in central Amsterdam. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained, very comfortable - the bed and the shower deserve high marks. But above all, I must compliment Henry, the manager/host of the property. He was attentive to our every need; he maintained the property perfectly, and assisted us in a time of crisis. We lost our passports. He walked me to the police office, the local lost and found department, and even went door to door in the areas we visited. And yes, we found the passports - in part with Henry's help. He helped us with our luggage and even took us to the train station on the morning of our departure and facilitated our travel arrangements. Thank you Henry.
The location is relatively small, but well appointed. The room is clean and modern, and the folks who run the place are very helpful. There was daily room service, and free access to a stocked mini fridge. The free WiFi was solid, and the location right near Amsterdam Central is great. The only word of caution is that the stairs to get to the room are extremely steep, so if you have issues with stairs then keep that in mind.
I stayed here last summer. Enjoyed it so much! Personal attention, room facilities and eye for detail and how it is fitted in such an old house. Tiny but BEST location opposite of Central Station!!
