The personnel was very nice but the \No cure no pay\ policy is subject to their interpretation an I would not count on it. I brought my Laptop there because it did not turn on anymore, after 1 day they replied saying the cable was broken and sold me a new one. When I arrived home the laptop still did not turn on. (In their defense it was pretty old already) I was able to get the money back for the cable but not for the diagnosis. I understand that they want to keep the money since they did work on it but then don't tell people on your website that you work on a \No cure no pay\ basis because that would imply that I get my money back when they where not able to fix my laptop, which they where not.

I had to get my screen fixed, but couldn’t mis my MacBook for more than a day. They fixed in 4 hrs. Great!
I really good experience. Took my laptop in for diagnosis which was promised within 24 hour. Got the diagnosis as promised, the quote to repair was reasonable and repaired within the timeframe given - 1 day. Still working.
Very rude staff. I needed a water damage treatment and they almost break my mac. Worst service ever.
On their website they claim they can change and repair keyboards. Went there showed the problem and first comment from the employee: I have absolutely no idea!! He calls his colleague who says: we don't repair tablets but you can go to a shop in the corner who maybe can help. Funny thing is I had a laptop not a tablet!! One more delusional customer service experience in Amsterdam.
