The hotel was really good, everything was clean and service was friendly. With the corona virus situation, the breakfast service was very well organized. So I’m sure, I will go back next time

A while back, I stayed here on average 2-3 three nights a week with work as the location was super convenient. Staff were really very friendly and the food is good. The rooms were quite, clean and the beds comfortable. On the down side... the decor is bizarre totally ‘marmite’; I experienced heating that wouldn’t turn off; air con that I couldn’t turn on; food that arrived 40mins after it was ordered (more than once); beer and wine from the bar that was never cold enough; Broken window blinds. Many small things that made me feel it was over rated but acceptable. Then I had money taken from my room and when I questioned it - they investigated it and told me that it was a cleaner “mistaking it for a tip”. Maybe true but it wasn’t local currency... I was offered a ticket to a local museum as an apology ‘the next time I stay’... I’ve not stayed their since. Wasn’t overly impressed. It’s an adequate place to stay.
Lovely place. Clean and well looked after place to stay. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, tv, coffee etc facilities. Friendly staff, good food - breakfast. Close to transport links. Casino next door good for a fun night out. Come and stay...you'll love it!!

Spent 2 nights in the hotel, the room was clean and fine (although not as good as the pictures). I was very disappointed by the reception staff which made no efforts to fulfill any of our requests. We arrived very early and asked if possible to have the room earlier, it was only possible if we paid 80 euros more for breakfast?! the line to the reception was always very long (one or 2 receptionists for a 450 rooms hotel) and the pool / spa (which was one of the reason I chose this place) was inaccessible unless you book it beforehand, but no one gives you this information. The lifts to the rooms works really slow ( and only 2 out of 4 were working ) which makes you wait around 10 minutes every time you want to accès your room ... I am very disappointed by Radisson which I thought was a sure choice.
Good hotel, little overpriced. But don't got for discounted price blindly, verify the room you get as there are small rooms for lesser price. Lots of parking space available if you are driving your own car. Train/Metro/Bus station is nearby, walkable distance, very easy to get there from airport. Cycles are available for rent in hotel itself, but it's not free, need to pay 10 euros for a day. We found it comfy as metro and train station was nearby. A casino and bars, restaurants available in same place.
I had the greatest stay at Park Inn Amsterdam West. Amazing setup of the room, the staff was available at all time, making me and my guest really feel at home like. Special greetings to Alin and Anoushka, from reception, who were so adorable and helpful with us.
Its pretty far from centrum. It takes about 40 minutes by metro, 20 minutes by bus and 5 minutes by train to the central station. The hotel has it's own parking house and it's much cheaper to pay at the hotel than the parking house machine. The room has everything, restaurant in the hotel and if u don't want to take the public transport to town, its easy to eat at the hotel. Price is almost the same as in any restaurant. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Good place to stay if u are family, girls trip or even business. Clean hotel. Breakfast has many variations even cup noodles! Fresh and delicious! I will stay here again! Recommend!
